Packer Fans Flying Flags At Half Mast

The Favre trade is all the talk today at local coffee shops, on Web sites, via e-mail, etc.

When the news hit that Brett Favre would trade in his green and gold for green and white, some fans took the news as if the legendary quarterback had died.

One residence in the 2900-block of Apple Ridge Court in Bellevue hung a Packers flag at half-staff and upside down when they heard Favre was traded to the New York Jets.

Loved Favre's cameo in There's Something About Mary.. otherwise not much of a football fan! I prefer baseball..

I don't think it was a big surprise. I think with the exception of last season his heart wasn't in it as much anymore. Been seeing it coming for sometime now. And yes I'm being nice lol.
